A CELEBRATION OF THREE DECADES OF GLORIOUS CHAMBER MUSIC IN THE BARN
Quilcene, WA – This August, music lovers are invited to attend three performances at "Concerts in the Barn,"
located at the historic and picturesque Iglitzin farm in Quilcene.
"All year, I've been hearing from my past audiences and wonderful musicians," says Alan Iglitzin, who, for more
than thirty years, produced and performed in concerts at this well-known and much-loved rustic setting. "Everyone
wants music restored to the barn. It's wonderful to know that this is happening."
Artists include audience favorites such as Chas Wetherbee, Korine Fujiwara, Walter Grey and Stefan Hersh, who will
perform works by Mozart, Brahms, Dvorak, and Mendelssohn, among many others.
"All three concerts are free—I want this to be my gift to everyone who loves chamber music," Iglitzin says.
"It's an opportunity for all of us to come together once more to hear and enjoy great music, performed by outstanding
artists, in a venue we've all grown to love over the years."
